Detailed Store Policies
General

Kimistri is an online store located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Our products are available on Shopee and Lazada, and can be ordered through Facebook and Instagram Chat. We can also accommodate crafters hoping to visit our office to view, smell, and touch our products before making a purchase by appointment. Kindly send us a message to set a date and time for your visit.
Due to having multiple sales channels, there may be delays in updating inventory.
Our products are brand new and sealed. If any damage or defect of items after delivered, please contact us via chat for replacement or other possible solutions. For this, we highly recommend making unboxing videos to better demonstrate the issues encountered upon opening your parcel(s).
Kimistri Labs is a growing company, and its team is dedicated to provide all information and guidelines regarding usage of the products the company offers. Please know that we are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects due to misuse.

Processing

Regular operating hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Mondays through Saturdays. We do our best to accommodate your inquiries, and are grateful for your patience. If no response has been received after 12 hours, a gentle reminder is also appreciated.
Please allow 1-2 working days for our team to process your orders on Shopee and Lazada.
Across all sales channels, our packing team will send updates regarding processing, packing and pick-up of your orders.

Payment and Delivery

We can accommodate Cash on Delivery orders on Shopee, as well as orders under P2,000 via third-party courier pabili services (subject to riders accepting the booking). We also accept payments via bank transfer (PNB and BDO) as well as GCash and Maya.
Orders are packed securely with appropriate packaging (zip locks, bottles, etc) and wrappings. Any spillage or breakage may be caused by the handling of third-party couriers. If there are any damages or defects on items after delivery, please contact us via chat for possible solutions.
The tracking number of your orders are available on the Shopee app or Grab/Lalamove Links, whichever applies. Though our team monitors shipments, we recommend that our clients also use tracking information for delivery updates.
Shipping schedules will depend on your chosen courier. Any requests for expedited shipping, change in address, etc, may be communicated via Shopee chat or directly to your chosen courier.
